What happens when you send the audit form?
Your name, business, website, email and goal are emailed to Lab 5280 and saved in a file outside the public part of the web server, so a request is not lost if an email fails.
A short-lived record tied to your IP address limits how many requests can be sent in an hour, to stop spam.
What happens when you send the managed IT application?
Your application is emailed to Lab 5280 and saved in a file outside the public part of the web server. That covers your name, business, email, any optional details you add, and your answers about your IT.
We use it to answer you and to email you when a spot opens. It does not join a marketing list. The same short-lived record limits how many applications can be sent in an hour.
Who else is involved in running the site?
The site is hosted by Hostinger and passes through Cloudflare. Those services handle your connection, as any web host does. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the animation library loads from cdnjs, so those services see a normal web request from your browser.
The Pause motion button saves your choice in your own browser. Reported has its own privacy page.
How do I ask for my details to be deleted?
Email design@lab5280.com and say what you would like removed or corrected.
