Who is behind Lab 5280?
Lab 5280 is Tony, a Denver marketing and design enthusiast with more than ten years in IT.
That IT work meant networks, servers, Microsoft 365 and security for Colorado businesses: the unglamorous systems that have to keep running. Lab 5280 brings that same care to small business websites, with design, motion and local SEO on top. The studio's work includes brand sites and scroll stories like Goose Orbital and Knā Labs, and its own privacy-first app, Reported.
Why keep the client list small?
Because it is what makes the promise possible. The person you meet on day one is the person who builds your site and answers your email after launch. There is no rotating help desk and no ticket queue. Keeping the list small is a choice, so that every client gets a real answer from someone who knows their business.
What does Lab 5280 stand for?
- People, not tickets. You can always reach the person doing the work.
- Honest numbers. No invented stats, no fake reviews, no guaranteed rankings. Prices are published.
- You own everything. Domain, site and accounts in your name from day one.
- Made, not generated. Design that looks authored, built to a technical standard that holds up.
Why "5280"?
Because Denver sits 5,280 feet above sea level, one mile high. The studio is built in Colorado for businesses along the Front Range.
